Runner’s Knee and the iliotibial band

Here’s an article written recently for runners who have lateral knee pain, otherwise known as iliotibial band friction syndrome

It accounts for around 7% of overuse injuries in middle distance runners causing pain on the outside of the thigh just above the knee.

    I have read the article based on the runners and their injuries.I like post very much as it contain informative in nature.I agree with the point that It accounts for around 7% of overuse injuries in middle distance runners causing pain on the outside of the thigh just above the knee.I want to know some other suggestions for the types of injuries.
